Hoskin Scientific introduces its Luna ODiSI 6100 Multichannel Sensing Platform. This fibre optic strain and temperature measurement technology collects these measurements along every millimeter of fiber and is perfect for detecting high strain gradients and studies of crack propagation. This platform offers up to 200,000 measurement locations per strain of fibre and is flexible, lightweight and includes easy to install sensors. The sensors can be placed in bends, corners, or embedded inside materials. This product offers a large strain range and high resolution allow for mapping of complex strain fields and large strain gradients.
